I started Bootcamp classes at Raw Commando a few months ago after having my first baby. I was a little apprehensive to start as I had never been to a crossfit gym and didn't think I would be able to do a lot of the exercises. After my first class I was so glad I got over my fear and decided to give it a go. 

The classes are awesome, different each time and challenging (which I love) however the exercises can be done at your own pace and skill level. The trainers have been so motivating and friendly. 

I love that I am able to bring my bubs along, so I no longer have any excuses not to get to the class! It's been a great place to get back into my fitness without judgement, whilst meeting some great people and having fun. I look forward to my bootcamp classes each week and love that I have found a class where kids are welcome.
